3v3 Vampire Savior Tournament in Tokyo over the Weekend
Judgement Day 8 (JMD8) brought intense Vampire Savior action to Tokyo, Japan, on March 1, 2025, with a high-stakes 3-on-3 tournament at Game Newton Oyama. Organized by Matsuda and the Darkstalkers Federation, the event featured a stacked bracket of top-tier players, culminating in an epic Top 8 that was streamed live. As one of the largest Vampire Savior tournaments in recent years, JMD8 reinforced the game's dedicated following in Japan’s fighting game community.
The excitement didn’t stop there—on March 2, the Kouyasai after-party took over Game Newton Oyama, offering players a mix of competitive and casual “wild matches.” With a strong turnout and positive reception, JMD8 proved that Vampire Savior’s legacy is alive and well, thriving in Japan’s arcade scene.
